Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

All items are handmade to order with love! Please allow 3–7 business days for your piece to be crafted before it ships. During busy seasons (October–December) please allow up to 10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on your location. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package’s journey right to your door.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


Products & Materials

What yarn do you use?

We use a thoughtful mix of premium acrylic, cotton, and wool blends selected for softness, durability, and wash-friendliness. Each product listing notes the specific yarn content so you always know what you’re getting.

Are your products suitable for babies?

Baby items use only hypoallergenic, 100% cotton yarn with no embellishments that could be a choking hazard. Look for the Baby Safe badge on listings. Always supervise young children.

Can I request a custom color or size? We love custom orders! Send us a message before purchasing with your preferred color, size, and any special requests. Custom pieces may take a little longer — we’ll confirm a timeline with you.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! If you’re interested in stocking The Cozy Knot in your shop or ordering 10+ pieces, reach out via our contact page for wholesale pricing.


Care & Washing

How do I wash my crochet item?

Most items are hand-wash cold with a gentle detergent, or can go on a delicate machine cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Lay flat to dry — never tumble dry — to keep the shape perfect. Care instructions are included with every order.

My item has a snag — can I fix it?

Don’t pull the snag! Use a blunt tapestry needle or crochet hook to gently ease the loop back to the wrong side of the fabric. Still stuck? Send us a photo and we’ll walk you through it.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in original condition. Because every piece is handmade, custom or personalized orders are final sale. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at hello@thecosyknot.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You’ll get a confirmation email when it’s on its way.
